Q: Are website prices the same as in-store prices?
A: No, they are not.

Q: Do I need a membership or an account in order to purchase books?
A: No, you do not need to be a member or have an account.

Q: Do you accept orders over phone?
A: For your convenience, we recommend ordering on our website.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we do offer free shipping,

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Contact Customer Service within 10 days from the shipment date listed on your packing list to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Do not return your book without a RA number or you will not receive a refund. The price we paid to ship your book [Free Shipping] will be deducted from the total of your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Contact Customer Service immediately if you need to cancel an order. If the item has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order, and regular Return Policy will apply.

Q: Can I sell books to Stanzatextbooks.com?
A: Yes, we buy books 24/7 regardless of where you purchased them. To find how much your book is worth today and to obtain a prepaid shipping label, visit "Sell Books" in the top navigation bar at any time.

Q: How do I find out the condition of a used book?
A: Used books may contain highlights and minimal markings. We will not ship you any book that is considered damage (torn pages & cover etc…)

Q: Do used books come with a CD and/or an Online Access Code?
A: Used books may or may not come with a CD, contact Customer Service if you want to confirm. Online Access Code will not be included with a used book.

Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: Currently we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card & Visa.

Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: When an order is submitted, we only authorize your credit card. We charge the credit card for the full amount of your purchase once your order leaves the warehouse.

Q: What happens if I send a book that you do not buy back?
A: If you send a book that we do not buy back, you can request to have it sent back at your expense, otherwise we reserve the right to dispose of the book. Refer to the Books not Accepted list to ensure your book will be accepted.

Q: How do you determine prices?
A: Pricing is based entirely on demand.

Q: Why aren't you buying my book?
A: Our ability to purchase your book is based on demand for the title. If there is very little or no demand for your book, we are unable to purchase it. The price we offer for a used book is based on its future value

Q: How long should I wait to receive my check?
A: 7 to 14 business day after we receive your book.

Q: How long do I have to cash my check?
A: Expiration date will be stated on the check you receive.
    
Q: Why did I receive a check when I selected PayPal as my payment method?
A: If your PayPal email address is returned as invalid when we issue pay6ment, then a check will be sent to your billing address the following business day. We will also default your payment method to check. In order to receive payments via PayPal in the future, please login to your account and re-enter your PayPal address and verify that it is correct.

Q: I cannot find my check or I’ve lost my check. Will you reissue one?
A: If you check is lost/missing, contact us immediately via e-mail. We’ll determine whether or not to issue another check after thorough investigation.

Q:I have my check, but I’ve forgotten to cash it within the given time of the check date. May I request a new one?
A: If you check has expired, we will issue a new one. You are only allow one replacement check per transaction.

Q: It’s been over 90 days since I’ve submitted my buyback. Will you reissue my check?
A: No. We highly recommend that you cash your check as soon as you receive it since we cannot reissue a check more than 90 days after your buyback submission.

Q: May I change my payment method?
A: No. Once a buyback payment method is selected and your payment is processed, it cannot be changed. For example, we are unable to change a store credit to a check or PayPal payment.

Q: If I order my book today, how soon will my book be shipped?
A: Orders pleaced before 7pm will be processed same day, Orders placed after 7pm will be start being processed the next day. We ship out books within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date that we receive your order.
